    Broken jar was sent

    I complained about the broken jar and they refused to send a new set until we return the full set which we already started using with 3 jars because 4th jar was broken. I will never recommend borosil to anyone to buy

    Incomplete Despatch

    Borosil has always been a premium likeable product. But this delivery issues - received 2 jars instead of 3. No one has yet processed the replacement. Wished would have done efficiently. Still awaiting an update for the same, hence other borosil purchases are now on hold.

    Expensive for the price of 3 jars. Normally, in the market each jar is available for approx. Rs.200/-. Here I paid over Rs. 1,000/-.
