Air-fried Modaks
Bite into this delicious (and healthy!) sweet dumpling that all beings, divine and mortal, love.

INGREDIENTS:


‌3 tbsp Ghee

‌1cup fresh grated coconut

‌1/2cup jaggery

‌1tsp elaichi or cardamom powder

‌Wheat dough



METHOD:


In a kadhai, add ghee, grated coconut and jaggery. Mix everything well and keep aside


Roll the wheat dough into thin tiny chapati. Then add the filling, shape the edges into pleats and then seal it. 


Put modaks into the air fryer for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
